STAGE 1 – Master Plan Review & Concept Development Services. Review and validate the existing Master Plan Concept Designs and Highest and Best Use Site Analysis studies of each of the twelve (12) sites; develop for each site concept designs and development plans that optimise the real estate value of the site(s) whilst responding to both the demands of passengers using the metro rail network and using this patronage to enhance the real estate opportunities at each site. Provision of individual reports and analysis are required for each site for Stage 1. Provide design & Build level tender documents.
STAGE 2 – Building Architecture & Engineering Design (Detailed Design) Services. Preparation of any further designs that might be required to form the basis of tender documents for construction bids and contracts based in a FIDIC Red Book; preparation of all required tender documents, including BoQs; specifications and all tender and contract documents & assisting the Client in issuing; receiving in; assessing and awarding construction contracts.
STAGE 3 – Construction Services – Construction supervision and related services. Providing on and off-site construction supervision, acting as the Engineer under the construction contracts, so as to provide all certification; and all necessary and related services.
