As part of its initiatives to fosters close collaboration between Qatar Rail and the corporate sector, Qatar Rail offers the Corporate Yearly Pass Program comprehensive travel solutions and services to corporate staff, leveraging the networks of Doha Metro and Lusail Tram.
Mohammed Ahmed Al Jaidah, Acting Sales Manager at Qatar Rail, stated in an interview with Gulf Times that the program offers exclusive prices and benefits for employees' transportation in the country through the metro and tram systems. This initiative aims to promote the use of cost-effective means of transportation for businesses and companies, while supporting sustainability efforts and environmental preservation.
Al Jaidah emphasized Qatar Rail's commitment to facilitating the participation of various entities and companies that meet the criteria in the program. He mentioned that interested companies should have around 100 employees or more to qualify for the program's benefits.

The program offers corporate partners and their employees' access to exclusive pricing (terms & conditions apply) that is practical, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible, whilst enabling employees to travel to work via the most efficient and sustainable mode of transport every day.
In addition, the Corporate Yearly Pass program provides unlimited access to the Doha Metro & Lusail Tram networks, 365 days a year and is complimented by the first and last mile services of metroexpress and metrolink.
The program provides a significant contribution by Qatar Rail to the Qatar National Vision 2030 in the promotion of sustainability. Along with its contribution to achieving sustainability objectives, the Corporate Yearly Pass program is also alleviating previous parking shortages that resulted from the heavy private vehicle use.
